一、工程概况徐州矿务局义安煤矿是1972年简易投产的年产30万吨矿井,除风井外,只有一个罐笼井筒,生产环节不配套,提升能力受很大限制,影响了矿井产量的提高。鉴于该矿储量丰富,年产能力可由30万吨扩大到90万吨,决定对该矿井进行补套改造,即在原工业广场内新建一个主提升斜井(兼人行安全出口)。斜井为半圆拱形断面,净宽3800毫米,净高3024毫米,壁厚600毫米钢筋混凝土结构,坡度17度30分,掘进断面21.63米~2,净断面13.27米~2,钢筋混凝土铺底。井筒穿过冲积层240米(斜长),斜井全长1240米。冲积层部分采用降低水位法施工,获得了成功。
