目的研究PAK5在大肠癌演化过程中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法,检测PAK5基因分别在正常肠黏膜组织98例、增生性息肉40例、PJS息肉9例、腺瘤38例、大肠癌原发灶106例和转移灶25例中的表达水平。结果 PAK5在正常肠黏膜、息肉、腺瘤、大肠癌原发灶及转移灶中表达依次增强(P<0.0001);在Dukes A-D期的大肠癌组织中,PAK5的表达水平也逐渐增强(P<0.01);在由高至低分化的大肠癌组织中,PAK5的表达也逐渐增强(P<0.01)。结论 PAK5参与大肠癌的演化过程,可能与大肠癌的发生与转移机制有关。
Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of PAK5 in the progression of colorectal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of PAK5 gene in 98 cases of normal intestinal mucosa, 40 cases of proliferative polyps, 9 cases of PJS polyps, 38 cases of adenomas, 106 cases of primary colorectal carcinomas and 25 cases of metastases Level. Results The expression of PAK5 in normal intestinal mucosa, polyp, adenoma, colorectal cancer primary tumor and metastasis increased in turn (P <0.0001). The expression of PAK5 in Dukes AD stage colorectal cancer tissues also gradually increased (P < 0.01). The expression of PAK5 also gradually increased (P <0.01) in colorectal carcinoma tissues with high to low differentiation. Conclusion The involvement of PAK5 in the development of colorectal cancer may be related to the pathogenesis and metastasis of colorectal cancer.
