目的 探讨内放疗联合动脉内灌注化疗治疗颅内肿瘤的效果。方法 采用立体定向3 2 P注入加动脉内灌注VM 2 6化疗的方法 ,对 5 5例颅内肿瘤进行治疗。结果 随访时间为 6个月～ 5年。CT扫描复查 ,8例肿瘤消失 ,43例肿瘤体积缩小 ,其中2 5例肿瘤体积缩小 >75 % ,11例缩小 5 0 %～ 75 % ,8例缩小 2 5 %～ 49% ,4例无变化。结论 采用立体定向3 2 P间质内放疗加选择动脉灌注VM 2 6化疗 ,联合治疗颅内肿瘤是有效的。
Objective To investigate the effect of intra-radiotherapy and intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy on intracranial tumors. Methods Fifty-five cases of intracranial tumors were treated with stereotactic 3 2 P injection and intra-arterial infusion of VM 2 6 chemotherapy. Results The follow-up time ranged from 6 months to 5 years. CT scan review, 8 cases of tumor disappeared, 43 cases of tumor size decreased, of which 25 cases of tumor size reduction> 75%, 11 cases reduced 50% to 75%, 8 cases reduced 25% to 49%, 4 cases no change . Conclusion Stereotactic 3 2 P interstitial radiotherapy plus selective arterial infusion of VM 2 6 chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of intracranial tumors.
