采用雌雄兼有的成年小鼠40只,分4组分别置入合常氧、12%、8%、4%氧的密闭容器内1O~15min.经心脏取血测动脉血氧分压,血氧饱和度.取心室肌按Nitro-BT法测琥珀酸脱氢酶,以硝酸铅法Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-腺苷三磷酸酶,并通过电镜观察心肌超微结构变化.结果表明,当吸入氧浓度等于或小于8%时,琥珀酸脱氢酶损伤反应明显;等于或小于12%时.Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-腺苷三磷酸酶活性明显降低;当吸入氧浓度为4%时,心肌超微结构出现明显地不可逆性改变.结果提示,当小鼠吸入等于或小于12%的氧15min时,心肌出现明显的代谢障碍.
