房产档案伴随着房屋登记而产生,它具有专业性、动态性、真实性、完整性等特点,并有独到的社会作用。随着住房商品化和房地产经济的不断发展,其数量越来越多,利用率越来越高,手工操作,难以适应需要。数字化建设不仅是时代发展的要求,也是强化规范管理、服务社会的需要,更是档案安全保护的需要。建议尽快制定房产档案数字化建设发展规划,建立完善的信息管理系统,在处理好新档案资料的扫描、录入的同时,完成历史档案的数字化加工,并做好系统及设备维护与数据备份。

It is difficult to meet the needs of manual operation.
