作者从化学工程原理出发,对气液液复分解过程的机理进行了解析.实验发现,有机相对二氧化碳的吸收速率远大于甲酸钠溶液吸收二氧化碳的速率,二者之比在10倍以上.实验还发现,二氧化碳经有机相进入水相的速率比二氧化碳直接进入水相的速率大许多.由此可见,二氧化碳在参与水相中的反应前,先经有机相吸收,然后再进入水相与甲酸钠进行复分解反应,反应过程中,有机相既是甲酸的萃取剂又是二氧化碳的输送剂.
Based on the principle of chemical engineering, the author analyzed the mechanism of liquid-liquid metathesis process.The experiment found that the absorption rate of organic relative carbon dioxide is far greater than the rate of carbon dioxide absorbed by sodium formate solution, the ratio of the two is more than 10 times.The experiment also found that, The rate at which carbon dioxide enters the aqueous phase through the organic phase is much higher than the rate at which carbon dioxide directly enters the aqueous phase, indicating that carbon dioxide is absorbed in the organic phase before it reacts in the aqueous phase and then re-enters the aqueous phase to undergo metathesis with sodium formate During the reaction, the organic phase is both an extractant of formic acid and a carrier of carbon dioxide.
