中国网通(CNC)是在原中国电信集团基础上分离的、通过重组建立的电信集团公司。成立之初,对业务的发展没有清晰的定位,因此延请了波士顿咨询公司帮助其建立经营管理模式。波士顿咨询公司认为,企业战略规划的原则是明确适合企业的商业模型。企业只有选择了正确的商业模型进行运作,才能实现企业制定的战略目标,进而实现企业战略规划。“波士顿咨询商业模型”对中国企业确立经营管理模式和商业盈利模型同样具有很强的指导意义。
