振动测量是了解工程机械工作状态的重要途径,采用基于HS801的虚拟仪器方案,设计工程机械振动测试系统,系统主要由涡流传感器、前置器、HS801及笔记本电脑等组成,用Visual Basic6.0作为开发工具开发了专用测试软件。系统的工作原理为:涡流传感器采集振动信号并将其转换为电信号,经前置器放大后送至HS801处理,HS801将该信号转换为数字信号后传送至笔记本电脑,由所开发的测量软件处理和分析。系统实现了对工程机械振动信号进行实时测量和分析、打印的功能,适于机动测量。
Vibration measurement is an important way to understand the working condition of construction machinery. The virtual instrument scheme based on HS801 is used to design the vibration test system of construction machinery.
