我国的缺水现象比较严重,人均水资源的占有量还不到世界平均水平的1/4,缺水已经成为制约我国经济发展的重要因素。为了使城市用水紧张得以缓解,人们开始尝试调水,或将农用水转化为城市用水,从而增加城市的供水量,还有就是鼓励市民以及单位节约用水,这些方式都取得了一定的效果。但其实在人们努力节水、找水的过程中,我们忽视了一种丰富的水资源,也就是雨水,城市中雨水的利用率并不高,对于我国这样一个缺水严重的国家来讲,科学合理的利用城市雨水是十分必要和重要的。本文就城市雨水资源化利用问题进行分析。
The phenomenon of water shortage in our country is quite serious with the per capita water resources accounting for less than one fourth of the world average. Water shortages have become an important factor that restricts China’s economic development. In order to ease the water shortage in cities, people try to transfer water or turn agricultural water into urban water to increase the urban water supply. In addition, they encourage people and organizations to save water, and these methods have achieved some results. However, in fact, when people try to save water and find water, we have neglected a rich water resource, that is, rainwater. The utilization rate of rainwater in urban areas is not high. For a country like China with a serious shortage of water, It is very necessary and important to use urban rainwater scientifically and reasonably. This article analyzes the utilization of urban rainwater resources.
