庆发矿业公司是中国五矿集团邯邢矿业2012年融资扩股的基建矿山,地质储量3053.82万吨,设计生产铁矿石130万吨/年,建矿以来安全无事故。全员发动,准确定位,为劳动竞赛营造氛围劳动竞赛是企业充分发挥员工积极性、主动性和首创精神的有效途径。抓好劳动竞赛,必须要全员发动,进行准确定位,一是明确以强力推进“四保两控制”竞赛活动为主线,在全年竞赛中突出和贯穿安全的整体思路;二是建立“纵横联网、上下联通”的劳动竞赛组织网络。庆发矿业公司纵向建立了公司、车间(外委施工队)、班组三级劳动竞赛管理机构,明确各自职责;横向建立了由党政工领导和安全、调度、技术、设备、工程、预算、财务等业务科室参与的专业竞赛考核机构,形成了党委领导、行政挂帅、工会主抓、业务部门参与的劳动竞赛组织网络。
