目的 利用近红外光结合ICG染色诊断乳腺肿块。方法 利用RunMan仪标定注射ICG前及注射后不同时间乳腺肿块内血氧参数 ,计算光密度差值 ,判定ICG的排泄时间。结果 所有乳腺肿块注射ICG后 1分钟成象显示出阴影 ,良性肿块 5分钟后阴影灰度下降到与注射前相似 ,恶性肿瘤 5分钟后阴影仍然清晰。结论 恶性肿瘤内循环不良、血液滞留 ,这一现象可用来判断乳腺肿块的良恶性。
Objective To diagnose breast masses using near-infrared light combined with ICG staining. Methods The blood oxygen parameters of breast masses before and after injection of ICG were calibrated using Run-Man instrument, and the optical density difference was calculated to determine the excretion time of ICG. RESULTS One minute after ICG injection in all breast tumors showed shadows. The shadow gray scale decreased to be similar to that before injection in 5 minutes after the benign tumor. The shadow was still clear after 5 minutes of malignant tumor. Conclusion Malignant tumors have poor internal circulation and blood retention. This phenomenon can be used to determine the benign and malignant breast masses.
