记者近日在采访北京饭店系统改造时了解到,这座历史最悠久也最具有中国特色的饭店在选择饭店管理软件时却选择了国外的FIDELIO管理软件。而FIDELIO在国内的一百多家饭店用户中,有一半是国有企业,国外的软件与国内饭店不同的管理模式如何相互融合?带着这个问题,记者采访了Fidelio(中国)有限公司董事总经理赖德源。赖:国内的饭店使用国际的软件管理工具,关键是双方能磨合好,我们把我们管理软件精彩之处告诉他们,他们把国内的管理模式告诉我们,互相帮助。
