目的:探讨硝苯地平控释片与硫氮酮缓释片联合治疗对控制血压、保护肾功能是否有协同作用。方法:高血压病患者105例,被随机分为3组,硝苯地平控释片治疗组、硫氮酮缓释片治疗组、硝苯地平控释片+硫氮酮缓释片治疗组(联合组),观察治疗8周前后血压和尿蛋白变化。结果:三组治疗后血压和尿蛋白均显著降低(P<0.05),联合治疗比单药治疗可更好地降低尿蛋白(P<0.05)。结论:联合治疗对保护肾功能有协同作用。
Objective: To investigate whether nifedipine controlled release tablets and diazinon sustained release tablets combined therapy have synergistic effect on controlling blood pressure and protecting renal function. Methods: 105 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into 3 groups: nifedipine controlled release tablets, nalizandrin sustained release tablets, nifedipine controlled release tablets and nalizandrone sustained release tablets Group (combined group), observed changes in blood pressure and urine protein before and after treatment for 8 weeks. Results: After treatment, the blood pressure and urinary protein of the three groups were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Combination therapy could lower urinary protein (P <0.05) than monotherapy. Conclusions: Combination therapy has a synergistic effect on the protection of renal function.
