When a Bedouin shepherd boy was looking for a lost lamb, she found a roll of broken sheepskin in the cave and brought it home. My father wanted to make a pair of shoes for his son, took the sheepskin to the market to find the shoemaker. Shoemaker to see sheepskin densely covered with Hebrew, supposed unusual, they bought it. After the expert identification, which turned out to be the world’s oldest manuscript of the Old Testament, priceless. This accidental discovery, immediately triggered a search for ancient manuscripts fever. This volume of ancient texts and the large number of ancient texts and later ancient documents that were later discovered are considered “an unprecedented harvest in modern archeology” and “the most significant archaeological discovery since the Renaissance,” shaking the entire Western academic community.
