有迹象表明,欧盟将在2003年内提高针对中国商品的普惠制税率,将优惠税率提高到正常税率,并于2004年上半年完全取消对中国商品的普惠制。欧盟此举将波及我国几乎所有对欧出口的工业类别产品。
There are indications that the EU will raise the rate of GSP tariffs on Chinese goods in 2003 to raise the preferential tax rate to the normal tax rate and completely eliminate the GSP for Chinese goods in the first half of 2004. The EU move will affect almost all of China’s industrial exports to Europe.
