国有企业建立党风廉政和反腐倡廉长效机制,必须长抓惩防体系建设,积极探索廉政风险防控管理办法和措施。通过把握风险防控重点、构筑权力监督防线和结合好党风廉政建设入手,不断融入企业生产经营管理提高可操作性和有效性。
To establish a long-effective mechanism to improve the party’s work style, clean government and fight corruption, the state-owned enterprises must pay attention to the construction of a system of punishing and guarding against corruption, and actively explore ways and measures for anti-corruption risk prevention and control. We should start with grasping the key points of risk prevention and control, building the power supervision line of defense and combining with the construction of a clean government so as to continuously integrate itself into the production and operation management of the enterprise so as to enhance its operability and effectiveness.
