吉林省建筑设计院在1979年7月1日经上级批准,开始实行事业单位企业化管理改革试点,到1999年7月1日整整20年了。回顾这20年的历史,认真进行总结,其最重要的目的,就是通过总结经验教训,探讨在进入21世纪之时,我们如何通过进一步深化改革,使我院在现有的基础上,承前启后,继往开来,在新世纪再创新业绩。现将我院20年改革的基本经验介绍如下:
Jilin Provincial Architectural Design Institute was approved by the higher authorities on July 1, 1979, and began to implement the pilot reform of institutionalized management reform of public institutions. It was completed on July 1, 1999 for a total of 20 years. Looking back at the history of these 20 years and seriously concluding it, its most important purpose is to sum up experiences and lessons learned and to explore how we can further deepen our reforms so that we can inherit the past and build upon our existing foundation when we enter the 21st century.
