我们先后作了三次整球和半球轴系性能比较的模拟试验。在轴系的旋转精度;启动力矩的大小和隔离圈的位置对旋转精度的影响;轴系的轴向、径向刚性试验以及锥孔磨削试验等四方面作模拟试验。分别在三台初装完。但未合格的1″目镜式分度头上进行。采用瑞典的CEJ牌0.5μ扭簧表和中原量仪厂0.1μ电感比较仪测量。现将测得数据列表如下(多次测量平均值):
