肾母细胞瘤绝大多数发生于7岁以下的小儿,成人肾母细胞瘤十分少见,国内1965年曾有1例报告。北京医学院报告30年来收治肾肿瘤220例中,成人肾母细胞瘤只有2例。最近我院收治1例,现报告于下。患可女性,42岁,农民,已婚。因左上腹疼痛2月余于1981年7月18日住院。2月多前突然发生左上腹剧烈疼痛,伴恶心,呕吐、大便不诵、小便赤少,在当地医院给止痛消炎等处理,疼痛减轻。半月前剧疼又发作,且较前严重,呈绞痛样,向会
