为了探索平菇高产途径,我们于1987年春秋两季进行了室内外结合栽培试验,取得了较好的成效。现简报如下:供试品种为糙皮侧耳8001(引自南京野生植物试验厂)、佛罗里达侧耳(引自湖南衡阳市食用菌所)和凤尾菇Pl 27(引自福建三明食品研究所)。试验场地有常年出菇的老菇房、桔园边的荒地(黄沙土)和菜地(腐殖土)。春栽试验试验于1987年3月23日进行。培养料为棉籽壳255公斤,加多菌灵0.1%,拌匀后含水量65+2%,pH9。培养容器为50×33厘米的聚乙烯袋,分层装料、播种,用种量
In order to explore the high yielding ways of Pleurotus ostreatus, we carried out indoor and outdoor combined cultivation experiments in the spring and autumn of 1987 and achieved good results. Now briefings are as follows: The test varieties for the skin side ears 8001 (from Nanjing wild plant pilot plant), Florida Pleurotus (from Hunan Hengyang City Edible Fungus) and mushrooms Pl 27 (from Fujian Sanming Food Research Institute).
