Recently, the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Optimizing the Market Environment for Merger and Reorganization, Proposals for Accelerating the Reform of Examination and Approval System, Improving Financial Services, Improving Land Management and Staff Resettlement Policy, Strengthening Industrial Policy Guidance, and Perfecting Enterprise Merger and Reorganization Claim. The main objectives proposed by the Opinion include: First, the institutional mechanisms have been further improved: the number of administrative examination and approval issues related to mergers and acquisitions has been gradually reduced, the efficiency of examination and approval has been continuously improved, the market system conducive to corporate mergers and acquisitions has been further improved,
