本文结合党的十六大精神的学习 ,对苏共亡党的教训提出了几点思考。本文从三个角度分析苏共亡党的教训。第一个教训 ,苏共没有解决好在贫穷落后国家取得政权后如何发展生产力这样一个重大的世纪难题。第二个教训 ,苏共理论指导思想上的重大偏差使自己在政治上付出了巨大代价。苏共的理论指导思想偏差主要地表现在两个方面 :其一 ,激进主义 ;其二 ,教条主义和僵化 ,没有与时俱进。第三个教训 ,苏联模式是苏联在极其特殊条件下所确立的一种建设社会主义的方式。破除苏联模式的束缚是社会主义今后发展的重要任务。党的十六大精神实际上就是中共破除苏联模式束缚的很好范例。 This article, combined with the study of the spirit of the 16th National Party Congress, puts forward some thoughts on the lessons learned by the Soviet Communist Party. This article analyzes the lessons learned by the Soviet Communist Party from three angles. The first lesson is that the Soviet Communist Party has failed to solve the major century difficult problem of how to develop its productive forces after the poor and backward countries have won their political power. The second lesson is that major deviations in the guiding ideology of the CPSU have cost them a huge political price. The deviation of the theoretical guiding ideology of the CPSU mainly manifested in two aspects: first, radicalism; secondly, dogmatism and rigidification did not advance with the times. The third lesson that the Soviet model is a way of building socialism established by the Soviet Union under extremely special conditions. To break the shackles of the Soviet model is an important task for the future development of socialism. The spirit of the 16th CPC National Congress is actually a very good example of the CCP’s efforts to get rid of the Soviet model.
