采用二次开发工具包Pro/TOOLKIT开发了基于Pro/ENGINEER平台的修边线展开与翻边成形模拟系统,实现了修边线展开与翻边模拟系统与Pro/ENGINEER系统的无缝集成,避免了不同系统间文件转化时的数据丢失。研究了Pro/ENGINEER环境下的动态材料库、多区域翻边展开、约束定义、数据管理等关键技术。所采用的有限元逆算法求解器考虑了实际生产中的工艺参数,准确预测了三维修边线轮廓和零件翻边成形性。最后通过实验的方法证明了该系统所得模拟结果与实际生产所得结果是一致的,可以较好地满足钣金件生产工艺要求。
Using the secondary development kit Pro / TOOLKIT developed a trimming line expansion and flanging simulation system based on Pro / ENGINEER platform to achieve the seamless integration of trimming line expansion and flanging simulation system and Pro / ENGINEER system, avoiding different Data lost during inter-system file conversion. Studied the key technologies of dynamic material library, multi-area flanging expansion, constraint definition and data management in Pro / ENGINEER environment. The finite element inverse algorithm solver used in this paper considers the process parameters in actual production and accurately predicts the three-dimensional trimming line contour and the flange formability of the part. Finally, the experimental results show that the simulation results obtained by the system are consistent with the actual production results, which can better meet the requirements of sheet metal production process.
