心肺运动试验(CPET)是一种客观、可重复的功能性检测方法,全面评估负荷运动时肺、心血管、肌肉及细胞氧化代谢的生理变化,用于评估人体的功能状态、疾病诊断及鉴别诊断、药物及器械治疗效果的评价以及制定运动处方和康复锻炼计划.本文综述了CPET在呼吸系统疾病、心血管系统疾病、手术风险评估、康复治疗以及疗效评价中的临床应用价值临床实验.
