风口破损是我们炼铁工作者常见的事故之一,有时直接影响了高炉顺行,对生铁的产量、质量及热能消耗都有很大影响。下面谈谈自己在操作中的几点体会。一、风口破损的原因分析风口破损的基本原理,是风口前形成了局部堆积,这种堆积是随着操作过程和冶炼条件的变化而变化的。一旦有堆积物形成,风口上方熔化了的铁水不能顺利地渗入炉缸底部,累积在堆积物表面上,形成铁水与风口接触的有利条件,促使风口受热而熔化。
