胃神经内分泌肿瘤(gastric neuroendocrine tumor,GNET)是一种较少见的胃肿瘤,GNET并发胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumors,GIST)的病例更罕见,目前为止未见文献报道。我院在2011年5月收治1例GNET合并GIST的病人,现报道如下。病例:男,65岁。入院前3个月出现头晕、恶心,于当地医院行胃镜检查提示胃体高位后壁占位,活检示“腺癌”;CT检查示“胃体部占位伴肝内转移病灶”(见图1)。予以紫杉醇 Gastric neuroendocrine tumor (GNET) is a rare gastric tumor, and rare cases of GNET complicated with gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) have not been reported in the literature.
