对筛板上的气液接触情况进行分析,推导出筛板上喷溅向泡沫状态转变的理论模型。应用文献中5种不同测试技术的实验数据,对筛板上喷溅-泡沫状态转变进行关联。结果表明,该关联的平均相对误差为±11.0%,优于文献的结果;推算出射流分率约为0.624,与Prado推荐的结果一致。本关联具有普遍化意义。
The gas-liquid contact on the frit is analyzed, and the theoretical model of the froth-to-froth transition on the frit is deduced. The experimental data from five different test techniques in the literature were used to correlate the splash-foam state transitions on the frit. The results showed that the average relative error of the correlation was ± 11.0%, which was better than the results of the literature. The jet fraction was estimated to be about 0.624, which is consistent with Prado’s recommendation. This association has universal meaning.
