少数民族大学生体质健康是国家极为关注的问题,是学校教育发展的重要方面[1]。本文运用差异性分析、描述性统计、相关性分析等统计学研究方法[2],对不同时段锻炼的少数民族大学生的心境状态差异性进行研究,旨在促进少数民族大学生身心的健康发展,为少数民族大学生心境状态的自我调控,科学锻炼体系和良好生活方式的建立提供理论依据。现将结果报道如下。
The physical health of minority college students is a national concern, which is an important aspect of the development of school education [1]. In this paper, statistical analysis methods such as difference analysis, descriptive statistics and correlation analysis [2] are used to study the differences of mood state among ethnic minority college students exercising in different periods to promote the healthy development of physical and mental health of ethnic minority college students. Provide the theoretical basis for the self-regulation of mental state of minority college students, the establishment of scientific training system and the establishment of a good lifestyle. The results are reported below.
