目前,下一代涡轮盘用新合金(TMW)正在开发中。该合金是通过将相同相结构的Co-Ti合金(γ-γ′/Co-Co3Ti)以合适的比例加入到传统镍基超合金U720L(iγ-γ′/Ni-Ni3Al型)中,不改变原合金组成相的结构和相稳定性,使强度提高,使用温度提高50℃以上,并且可以采用铸锻法进行加工。本研究以探讨最佳的固溶处理条件为目的,研究固溶处理条件对纤维组织和硬度的影响。
Currently, the next generation of turbine disks with new alloys (TMW) is under development.
