HCa -F和HCa -P是同源且转移能力不同的肝癌细胞系 ,P为低转移 (转移率 <30 % ) ,F为高转移 (转移率 >80 % )。经Sp法免疫组化染色发现 :FasL在F原发瘤中的表达显著强于P原发瘤 (P <0 0 1) ,Bcl- 2在两者均为强阳性 ,无显著性差别。提示FasL可能赋予F细胞杀伤免疫细胞的能力并与其较强的转移力相关。
HCa-F and HCa-P are hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines with homologous and different metastatic potential. P is low metastasis (<30%) and F is high metastasis (> 80%). Sp immunohistochemical staining showed that the expression of FasL in F primary tumors was significantly stronger than that of P primary tumors (P <0.01), and Bcl-2 was strongly positive in both of them, with no significant difference. These results suggest that FasL may confer the ability of F cells to kill immune cells and be associated with its strong metastatic potential.
