文章依据三峡移民工程地质环境质量损益经济评价，探讨了移民工程合理开发利用库区地质环境的途径，为防止库区地质环境恶化。实现地质环境开发利用与保护相协调提供依据。
Based on the economic assessment of the profit and loss of Geological Environment Quality in the Three Gorges Project, the paper discusses the ways of resettlement engineering to develop and utilize the geological environment of the reservoir area rationally, in order to prevent the deterioration of geological environment in the reservoir area. So as to provide the basis for the coordination of development and utilization of geological environment and protection.
