目的:用光谱探针溴乙锭(EB)研究3种吩噻嗪药物与DNA的作用。方法与结果:在pH74的溶液中电子吸收光谱与荧光光谱表明,同为精神分裂症治疗药的盐酸氯丙嗪(CPZ)和盐酸三氟拉嗪(TFP)与DNA间存在嵌插作用;有相同功能团的抗组胺药物盐酸异丙嗪(PMZ)与DNA之间为弱的混合作用。结论:一定的离子强度下该嵌插作用会被阻断。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of three phenothiazines and DNA using spectroscopic probe ethidium bromide (EB). Methods and Results: The results of electron absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy in solution at pH7.4 showed that there existed intercalation between DNA and chlorpromazine hydrochloride (CPZ) and trifluoperazine hydrochloride (TFP), both of which were used in the treatment of schizophrenia ; A weakly mixed effect between the anti-histamine drug promethazine hydrochloride (PMZ) and DNA with the same functional group. Conclusion: This insertion is blocked with a certain ionic strength.
