通过对内蒙古自治区公众环境道德状况的调查研究表明,公众的环境保护知识总体水平有待提高,不同群体间差异较大;公众的环境道德意识较为模糊,对于环境问题的评价还处于浅层次水平;公众的环境道德行为表现不稳定,受个人需求影响大;公众对环境道德建设的态度与意愿呈现出较高水平。因此,内蒙古自治区加强环境道德建设应从以下几个方面入手:建立完善的环境道德保障体系,理清环境道德建设工作思路,注重专职工作人员的培养和培训,充分发挥广大公众及环保社团的促进作用,努力加强全民性的环境道德教育。
Through the investigation and study of the public environmental ethics in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, it is shown that the overall public knowledge of environmental protection needs to be improved and the differences among different groups are large. The public's awareness of environmental ethics is rather vague, and the evaluation of environmental issues is still at a shallow level. Public environmental ethical behavior is not stable and is greatly influenced by individual needs. The public's attitude and willingness to environmental ethics are at a high level. Therefore, to strengthen environmental ethics construction in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region should start from the following aspects: establishing a perfect environmental moral security system, clarifying the work ethic of environmental ethics, paying attention to the training and training of full-time staff, giving full play to the role of the general public and environmental associations , And strive to strengthen universal environmental ethics education.
