为了了解掌握云南省高职师资队伍的结构现状,本研究采用文献资料法、专家访谈等方法,对高职师资队伍结构进行了研究,结果发现:云南省大部分高职院校中,师生比例低于平均水平,教师工作处于高负荷状态;年轻教师在师资队伍中所占比例较大;教师职称处于低中级的比例较大,超过了一半以上,达到68%,呈现金字塔结构;教师中具有研究生学历的达到59%。“双师型”教师中具有中级职称和研究生学历的教师比例较大,整体上“双师型”教师未达到西方国家的大于50%的比例。
In order to understand the status quo of the structure of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges in Yunnan Province, this study studied the structure of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges by means of literature review, expert interviews and so on. The results showed that most of the higher vocational colleges in Yunnan Province, teachers and students The proportion of teachers is under a high load; the proportion of young teachers in the teaching staff is relatively large; the proportion of teachers’ titles in middle and lower grades is relatively large, more than half, reaching 68%, presenting a pyramid structure; among teachers With a graduate degree reached 59%. The proportion of teachers with “mid-level” titles and graduate degrees in “double-qualified teachers” is relatively large. Overall, “double-qualified teachers” have not reached the proportion of more than 50% in western countries.
