探讨了双元性在市场导向和企业绩效之间的中介作用;运用西安、苏州、大连三地132个离岸服务外包承接企业的问卷调研数据验证相关假设。研究结果表明,企业同时追求先动型市场导向和反应型市场导向有利于双元性的形成,进而正向影响企业长期绩效。
Explores the intermediary role of duality between market orientation and firm performance; and verifies the relevant assumptions by using survey data of 132 offshore service outsourcing enterprises in Xi’an, Suzhou and Dalian. The results show that the pursuit of first-mover market-oriented and reactive market-oriented enterprises is conducive to the formation of duality, and then positively affects the long-term performance of enterprises.
