采用单帧单曝光图像法(single frame and single exposure imaging,SFSEI)同时测定了乳糖(Respitos~SV003)粉末在60 L/min吸入气流作用下、经两种雾化通道(弯折角度为135和90°)分散后的颗粒粒度分布及速度信息。结合Spraytec实时喷雾粒度分析仪和数值模拟方法的测定和计算结果,初步比较和分析了SFSEI测定结果的可靠性。结果表明,SFSEI的测量结果与Spraytec和数值模拟的结果具有较好的相关性,提示该法用于检测吸入装置分散性能是可行的。
Using single frame and single exposure imaging (SFSEI), the lactose (Respitos ~ SV003) powder was determined by two kinds of atomization channels (bending angle 135 And 90 °) dispersed particle size distribution and velocity information. The reliability and reliability of SFSEI results were compared and analyzed based on the results of Spraytec real-time spray particle size analyzer and numerical simulation. The results show that the measurement results of SFSEI have good correlation with the results of Spraytec and numerical simulation, which indicates that the method is feasible to detect the dispersion performance of inhalation devices.
