本文从研发型企业激励管理方面的现实状况出发,在对激励管理现状存在的问题进行简要的分析后,介绍了业绩激励的理论,结合实际阐述了以业绩为导向的激励模式的特点,并构建了研发型企业激励管理模型。
Based on the actual situation of R & D-based enterprise incentive management, this paper introduces the theory of performance incentive after a brief analysis of the problems existing in the current situation of incentive management, expounds the characteristics of performance-oriented incentive model and builds R & D-based enterprise incentive management model.
