落实团场基本经营制度,既是一个改革勇气和行动措施的问题,同时也是一个思想解放和观念更新的问题。笔者认为,当前,有五大观念制约着团场基本经营制度的落实。
The implementation of the basic operating system of the league community is not only a question of courage and actions for reform but also an issue of emancipating the mind and updating concepts. The author believes that at present, there are five major concepts that restrict the implementation of the basic operating system of the corporation.
