本研究运用问卷法和访谈法,对中国与瑞典高中生的学习与生活状况进行了调查。结果显示,两国的高中生在作息时间、课内外学习、学习兴趣、作业考试、校外休闲活动和心理状态等维度上存在显著差异,我国高中生的课业负担显著重于瑞典高中生。借鉴瑞典的高中教育,本文认为要积极转变教育观念,完善课程设置,改变教育评价制度,丰富学生业余生活,使减负工作真正得到实效。
This study investigates the learning and living conditions of high school students in China and Sweden by using questionnaire and interview methods. The results show that the high school students in both countries have significant differences in terms of work schedules, classes and extracurricular studies, study interests, homework exams, off-campus leisure activities and mental states. The academic burden on high school students in our country is significantly higher than that of high school students in Sweden. Reference to Sweden’s high school education, this paper believes that we should actively change the concept of education, improve curriculum, change the education evaluation system, enrich student amateur life, so that burdens reduction work really tangible results.
