目的探讨老年社区获得性肺炎(community acquired pneumonia,GAP)的临床特点,以提高基层医院的临床诊治水平。方法选择2009年1月—2011年12月收治的106例老年GAP患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果治愈出院97例,好转出院4例,转院4例,死亡1例。结论大多数老年GAP患者临床表现和体征不明显,伴有多种合并症,在应用抗生素治疗肺炎的同时,还应加强对基础疾病的治疗,预防并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of community-acquired pneumonia (GAP) in elderly patients and to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of primary hospital. Methods Clinical data of 106 elderly patients with GAP admitted from January 2009 to December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 97 cases were cured, discharged 4 cases, 4 cases transferred, 1 case died. Conclusion Most elderly patients with GAP are not obvious clinical manifestations and signs, accompanied by a variety of complications, the application of antibiotics in the treatment of pneumonia, but also should strengthen the treatment of underlying diseases, prevention of complications.
