以丙烯酸甲酯为单体,通过乳液聚合制得聚丙烯接枝丙烯酸甲酯(PP-g-MA)的新型增容剂,并用红外光谱表征了接枝产物。考察了反应条件对接枝率和熔融指数(MFR)的影响;研究了PP-g-MA对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,在70℃下,引发剂及单体用量分别为PP质量的7%和10%,反应2.5h时,接枝率最高可达到3.52%,MFR可达到35g/10min,PP-g-MA是良好的相容剂,可大大提高复合材料的力学性能。
A new compatibilizer of polypropylene grafted methyl acrylate (PP-g-MA) was prepared by emulsion polymerization using methyl acrylate as monomer. The grafted product was characterized by IR. The effects of reaction conditions on the graft ratio and melt index (MFR) were investigated. The effects of PP-g-MA on the mechanical properties of the composites were investigated. The results showed that the amount of initiator and monomer were 7% and 10% of the PP at 70 ℃ respectively. The highest graft ratio reached 3.52% and the MFR reached 35g / 10min when the reaction time was 2.5h. The PP- MA is a good compatibilizer, can greatly improve the mechanical properties of composite materials.
