为研究偶联剂对木粉、废旧橡胶和塑料组成的木橡塑三元混合物料流动性能的影响,分别采用3%、5%、8%的马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(MAPE)和0.5%、1%、3%、5%的橡胶专用硅烷偶联剂(Si69)对三元混合物料进行表面处理。结果表明:两种偶联剂对复合物料体系的流变特性均具有显著影响,且二者之间存在显著的交互作用;单独使用MAPE,其质量分数在5%时混合物料的剪切应力和表观黏度值最小,加工性能最优;MAPE和Si69同时使用时,混合体系的流变性以MAPE质量分数和Si69质量分数均为3%的配合为最佳。
In order to study the influence of coupling agent on the flowability of ternary mixture of wood, plastic and rubber, which is composed of wood flour, waste rubber and plastic, respectively, 3%, 5% and 8% maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene (MAPE) %, 1%, 3%, 5% of the silane coupling agent for rubber (Si69) ternary mixture of materials for surface treatment. The results show that the two coupling agents have a significant effect on the rheological properties of the composite system, and there is a significant interaction between the two.
