天麻为兰科植物天麻Gastrodia elata BI.的干燥块茎,是历史较久的常用名贵中药。在《神农本草经》中列为上品。但由于货源紧缺,伪品甚多。我们所从八四年以来共检出天麻伪充品达十余种,近又接受了一批天麻检品,经鉴定系菊科植物双舌蟹甲草Cacalia davidii(Franch.)Hand.—Mazz.的干燥块茎。本文特将双舌蟹甲草与天麻的药材性状、显微及理化鉴别的对比实验结果报道如下。一、药材性状
Gastrodia elata BI. is the dry tuber of Gastrodia elata BI. It is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine with long history. In the “Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing” listed as top grade. However, due to shortage of goods, there are many counterfeits. Since 1984, we have detected more than ten species of Tianma pseudo-filled products since 1984, and recently received a batch of Tianma products. We have identified Cacalia davidii (Franch.)
