上海世博文化中心是上海世博园五大永久性建筑之一,是世界一流水准的现代文化演艺综合场馆。世博文化中心整体造型呈飞碟状,在不同角度与不同时间会呈现出不同形态。作为国内第一个可变容量的大型室内场馆,世博文化中心主场馆的观众席可从4000座逐步调整至1.8万座,舞台可配合演出在大小、形态甚至在360度空间内进行三维组合,使之既能举行超大型庆典、演唱会,又能举办篮球比赛、冰上表演甚至冰球比赛。
Shanghai World Expo Cultural Center is one of the five permanent buildings in Shanghai World Expo Park, and is a world-class modern cultural performing arts complex. The overall shape of the World Expo Cultural Center was in the shape of a flying saucer, showing different forms at different angles and at different times. As the first large-capacity indoor stadium with variable capacity, the auditorium of the Expo venue can be gradually adjusted from 4,000 to 18,000. The stage can be combined with the performances in three dimensions in size, shape and even in 360-degree space. So that it can hold super-large celebrations, concerts, but also hold basketball games, ice shows and even hockey games.
