心房内差异传导并一过性结间束分支阴滞 女,83岁。有房颤史,血压110/70,心界不大,心尖区Ⅲ级收缩期吹风性杂音,不传导。心电图(见插页图1)可见Ⅱ导P—P0.80秒,P波平顶略有切迹,时限0.08秒,P—R0.15秒。V_3第三个QRS波为提前出现,前有逆P,P_3—R<0.12秒,其后有代偿间歇1.0秒,此为一交界性早搏,其后P波倒置。avF导R_2—R-3、R_3—R_4为084、O.86秒,而R_1—R_2为1.0秒,与V_3 Atrial conduction and a differential transjunction bundle branch female, 83 years old. Have atrial fibrillation history, blood pressure 110/70, the heart is not, apical Ⅲ grade systolic hair blowing murmurs, no conduction. ECG (see inset Figure 1) shows Ⅱ P-P0.80 seconds lead, P wave flat top slightly notch, the time limit of 0.08 seconds, P-R0.15 seconds. V_3 The third QRS wave appears in advance, with inverse P, P_3-R <0.12 seconds, followed by compensatory intermittent 1.0 seconds, this is a borderline premature beat, followed by P wave inversion. avF guide R_2-R-3, R_3-R_4 is 084, O.86 seconds, and R_1-R_2 is 1.0 second, and V_3
