七八年开始的中国改革已走过将近20个春秋。毋庸置疑,这是一场“革命性”的社会变革。工会是社会经济矛盾的产物,社会及经济等领域的变化必将引起工会工作的变化。面对改革着的社会,工会有无必要进行改革?如何对改革进行定位?如何改革?这是工会工作者以至全社会都关注的重大课题。本文结合中国改革的现实状况,立足社会现代化和社会整体发展,从社会学角度,兼及组织学、经济学等视角,对工会改革作一探索性研究。研究主要从改革动力、改革基调、改革思路等方面展开。敬请各位同仁指正。
China’s reforms that started in 1978 have passed for nearly 20 years. There is no doubt that this is a “revolutionary” social change. Trade unions are the product of social and economic contradictions. Changes in social and economic fields will inevitably lead to changes in the work of trade unions. In the face of the reform of the society, is it necessary for trade unions to reform? How to position the reform? How to reform? This is a major issue that the workers in trade unions and the whole society are concerned about. Based on the reality of China’s reform and based on the social modernization and social development as a whole, this article makes an exploratory study of trade union reform from the sociological point of view, as well as organizational and economic perspectives. The research mainly starts from the reform drive, the reform keynote and the reform mentality. Please colleagues correct me.
