2012年中国经济正步入新一轮调整期,经济增速趋于放缓,这将加剧大学生就业的严峻性。处于西部地区的高校尤其是民族高校少数毕业生就业难问题已成为近期一项迫切需要解决的重大社会课题。本文从国家经济发展现状、社会环境、民族院校特点等角度实证分析了西部民族高校少数毕业生目前所遭遇的困境及面对的机遇与挑战,并提出相应的对策与建议,具有一定的理论与现实意义。
In 2012, China’s economy is entering a new round of adjustment period, and its economic growth tends to slow down, which will aggravate the employment of university students. The problem of employment of the few graduates in colleges and universities in the western region, especially the minority nationalities, has become a major social issue urgently needed to be solved in the near future. This paper empirically analyzes the current predicament and the opportunities and challenges faced by a few graduates of ethnic minorities in Western China from the perspectives of national economic development, social environment and characteristics of national colleges and universities. It also puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, and has some theories With realistic meaning.
