我们在研究长辛店老镇复兴计划的同时,也在思考存在同样问题的其他老镇的复兴策略,使这次设计研究不止停留在某一个地段或区域上,应该具有更广泛的普遍性价值。现状及问题随着社会的发展进步,人们对老城镇的发展滞后问题越发关注,经济窘境导致的活力缺失使老城镇本身蕴含的文化魅力和人们心中的乡愁离我们越来越远,如何保护与可持续发展成为当今最为广泛的话题。通过对长辛店大街的实地调研,我们发现并总结了它的兴衰原因、价值优势与存在的问题,其中不乏历史老镇的共性问题。
While studying the revitalization plan of the Changxindian old town, we are also contemplating the revitalization strategy of other old towns where the same problems exist. This design study should not only stay in a certain area or area, but should have broader universal values . Status quo and problems With the development of society, people are increasingly concerned about the lagging development of the old towns. The lack of vitality caused by the economic dilemma has caused the cultural charm inherent in the old towns and people’s homesickness to move farther and farther away from us. How to protect Sustainable development has become the most widespread topic of today. Through the field investigation of Changxindian Avenue, we found out and summarized the reasons for its rise and fall, its value advantages and existing problems, among which there are many common problems in the historic old towns.
