沥青路面波浪形态,虽然从技术标准上看,平整度未必大于规范1.5cm的标准,而且与道路沉陷、沥青裂缝相比,构不成严重质量问题。但相对密集、有规律,且面积较大的波浪形道路,表面上看,不影响通行,但从道路的功能性来讲,慢速行驶会产生起伏感,快速行驶就会产生颠簸,不仅容易造成机动车的通行效率底下,甚至还会造成由于驾驶员注意力不集中引发的交通事故。因此,必须引起施工企业的高度重视。几年来,本人针对工作实践,收集到在施工中引起道路波浪的一些资料,也和施工人员一起分析具体的成因,本文主要介绍沥青混凝土路面由于路基平整度、摊铺机状态、沥青材料的温度等因素造成道路波浪的原因及其解决方案。
