The formation of stratigraphic polymetallic deposits, including the Mill Garissa lead-zinc deposit, has drawn the attention of many researchers. Some believe that such deposits are hydrothermal (cryogenic) and others are considered as primary sedimentary deposits altered in diagenetic or metamorphic phases.
